We are pleased to be hosting the Wai 262 Tiaki Taonga Hui ki Taranaki, taking place on Saturday 24th February 2024 at Pukeiti Gardens.

This event aim's to engage mana whenua, kaitiaki, practitioners and stakeholders in meaningful dialogue to deepen our collective understanding of the specific Wai 262 issue and its implications. Furthermore, we seek to collect valuable feedback on Tiaki Taonga practices and challenges. We will also endeavour to explore potential solutions and strategies that address the complexities of these issues. 

Join the members of the Wai 262 Taumata Whakapūmau, Te Aho Matua, Kahu Aronui & Tai 262 to consider the political, cultural, environmental and social aspects of this claim.
